I signed up for the $1 offer. Will you charge me more next month?
The $1 offer allows you to experience Premium (worth $25/month) for 1 month for just $1. After that, the price goes back up to the regular $25/month. As mentioned in the $1 offer, if you enjoy the plan and do nothing, you’ll pay $25/month for the next month. Otherwise, simply cancel auto-renewal to avoid future charges.
I thought I was paying monthly over time, but I was charged all at once.
All Basic, Premium and Premium PLUS
subscriptions are billed upfront at the start of your term. By choosing a long-term subscription, you save up to 40% off the monthly fee. If you prefer to pay monthly, contact us
to downgrade your term to 1-Month Basic ($8 per month), Premium ($25 per month), or Premium PLUS
