I was charged $25 and I don't know why.

All subscription purchases are conveniently enrolled in our Auto-Renewal Service. When your subscription term ends, your subscription will be renewed at full-price to your original payment type. This Auto-Renewal Service applies to all subscription and package deals, such as the Fast Track to Fluency Package. You can easily opt out of the Auto-Renewal Service online, 24/7 from your My Account Page. I thought I was paying a monthly over time, but I was charged all at once.

All Basic, Premium and Premium PLUS subscriptions are billed upfront at the start of your term. By choosing a long-term subscription, you save up to 40% off the monthly fee. If you prefer to pay monthly, contact us to downgrade your term to 1-Month Basic ($8 per month) or Premium ($25 per month).

A coupon I used didn't work.

If you purchased using a coupon code but did not receive a discount, the subscription TYPE (Basic, Premium or Premium PLUS) or TERM (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month or 24-month) that you purchased may not have eligible for discounts. If you believe that your purchase was not discounted in error, contact us using the form above and tell us which promotion you attempted to use and what subscription type you purchased.
