Co-Founder and COO

Peter Galante co-leads the marketing and business development as well as corporate development and strategic alliances of the company. In addition, Peter is the driving force behind the content development for all Innovative Language sites and has been a regular host of the JapanesePod101.com show. Peter is involved in management of Tokyo side human resources and operations. Peter has over 8 years of experience in the language training field and has achieved his Master's Degree in Economics from Hitotsubashi University Graduate School, Japan.

Eran Dekel

Co-Founder and CTO

Eran Dekel drives the company's technological vision and uses innovative knowledge management and development practices to enhance the company's competitive edge. He co-leads the marketing and business development of the company. Eran brings over 15 years in web development experience, online marketing strategy, and process development. Prior to Innovative Language Learning, LLC, Eran founded DeCaloFashion.com, a leading online retail store. As an IT consultant at Accenture, Eran has worked directly with executive management at various companies where his approaches to solving problems and presenting new opportunities lead to significant increases in market-share and profit. Eran received an engineering degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

Aki Yoshikawa

Co-Founder

Aki Yoshikawa is the president of Erklaren Co. Ltd, a well respected translation company located in downtown Tokyo. Aki brings over 20 years in managing a Japanese based company, a vast network of human resources, financial capital, and a working knowledge of the Japanese business world.
