Part-Time Customer Service

We're looking for a smart, empathetic, and helpful person to join us as the newest support team member. Innovative Language Learning is dedicated to giving our customers fast, helpful, and friendly answers to any questions they might have about our products and about how to use them in a fun and effective way.

Being part of our support team means answering any questions a customer might have. They might need help playing media files on their computers or mobile devices, have a question about subscriptions, or just be seeking an answer to a tricky grammar or vocabulary question. Your job will be to help answer their questions as quickly and effectively as possible, and, if they have a language-specific question, put them in touch with the proper language specialist so they can get the help they need.

This is a part-time position with room for growth.

iOS Mobile Application Developer

Innovative Language is looking for a developer to join our Mobile Application team and help take our apps to the next level.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, computer/electrical engineering or related field required
- 3+ years software development experience with the entire product cycle: design, development, release, maintenance
- 3+ years of experience with C style syntaxes (Objective-C), Mac OS X and/or iPhone Programming. Knowledge of PHP, HTML, XML, JSON, MySQL is a plus.
- Experience with developing for other operating systems (e.g. Android or Windows 7) is a big plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in an unstructured environment.
- Resourceful, practical and critical thinker.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Good communication skills and love for languages.

SEO/Online Marketing

Junior Graphic Designer

The role would best suit a junior digital designer. Our company produces and publishes language-learning content and applications for the web, iPhone, iPad and other platforms. Our products normally require three types of design:

-User experience (interface and layout design)
-Branding (logos, icons, cover art and other elements)
-Online marketing (web banners, landing pages, e-mail newsletters)

Duties

Production - taking raw designs, tidying them up and delivering them for production. Interface designs require each element saved out to spec, button-by-button. We also create products for over 30 different languages, so once branding or marketing is created, it needs to be rolled out many times, optimized and saved for it's destination.
Creative - there will be chances to get involved branding products, designing interfaces and developing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Photoshop & Illustrator (Flash/HTML/CSS is a nice bonus). This role is digital so a keenness for web and interactivity is important. You won't be required to code anything, but an understanding of how such things work will help.
